Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the PocketPick mobile application (the "App") operated by WildcatsDev ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who are contributors of content, information, and other materials or services.

Description of the App

The App provides users with tools to track and manage personal finances. It includes features such as:

  • Creation of accounts and credit cards (conceptual, with user-provided details).
  • Logging of financial transactions.
  • Payment methods such as cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
  • Budgeting features, including categorization and tagging of transactions.
  • Transaction history and reports.
  • The App may also include integrations with external payment apps for transaction completion via UPI deep links and QR scanning.

User Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

  • Be at least 14 years old. The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 14. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a user under 14, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • Be responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any PINs or biometric data.

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information for account creation and transaction logging.
  • Keep your login credentials, including your password and biometric data, confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Not engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized access to the App’s services.
  • Ensure that any device you use to access the App is secure and protected against unauthorized access.

Data Collection and Privacy

We collect personal data and financial information to provide the services in the App. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for a detailed explanation of the data we collect, how it is stored, and how we protect your privacy.

  • Sensitive information such as account numbers and credit card details are stored in encrypted form on our servers.
  • Your passwords are securely stored using encryption and cannot be retrieved.
  • We collect data about your transactions, including the payment method, categories, tags, and amounts.
  • The App uses permissions such as camera access for QR scanning, contacts access for adding friends, and biometric authentication for secure login.
  • User data is stored for a period of 365 days, and you have the option to delete your data or request its deletion at any time.

Transactions and Payment Methods

The App allows you to log transactions and use various payment methods, including cash, UPI (via apps like Google Pay or PhonePe), and bank transfers. We do not process payments directly but facilitate redirection to external payment services via UPI deep links.

  • Transaction Logs: You are responsible for logging your financial transactions accurately. The App tracks transactions for budgeting and financial management purposes.
  • Transaction logs are stored for a period of 365 days, and you can delete your transaction history at any time.

User-Provided Data and Content

By using the App, you retain ownership of the content you upload, including but not limited to transaction logs, account details, and categories. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process this data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and to provide our services.

Security Measures

We prioritize your privacy and data security:

  • All sensitive data is encrypted and stored securely on our cloud servers.
  • We use HTTPS to secure all communication between the App and the backend.
  • Biometric authentication and secure password hashing are implemented for your account's security.
  • However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Currency and Location Settings

The App currently supports Indian users and uses Indian Rupees (INR) as the default currency. When selecting a currency, the App will automatically update the location to match the default country associated with the chosen currency. We do not use GPS or location data unless explicitly stated (e.g., for currency selection).

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as you use the App, or until you delete your account. You may delete your account and request that all associated data be erased. Please note that transaction logs are stored for a period of 365 days, which may be extended with user consent.

Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or payment providers (e.g., UPI payment services, Google Pay, PhonePe). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, [Company Name], its affiliates, partners, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss.

Governing Law
